Most of our volume is not catalogue product. It is OEM production against a written specification: your dimensions, your fabric weight, your liner, your print, your certification scope — manufactured by an audited partner plant and inspected before it leaves China.
What we customise as standard
- Dimensions and volume — from 500 kg to 4,000 kg SWL, in any footprint your pallet or container requires.
- Construction — U-panel, circular, four-panel or baffled, with filling spouts, discharge spouts, duffel or iris tops.
- Fabric and coating — 120 to 280 gsm, uncoated or laminated, UV-stabilised for outdoor storage.
- Liners — LDPE, food-grade, EVOH barrier or antistatic, loose, tabbed or welded.
- Print and branding — up to four colours, including customer-owned artwork and regulatory markings.
- Certification — ISO 21898, UN 13H3/13H4, BRCGS food-grade, IEC 61340 Type C/D programmes with test reports.
Wholesale terms
Volume pricing starts at 1,000 units per specification and improves materially at container quantities (20 tonnes or 5,000+ bags). Repeat programmes hold their specification and fabric source in writing, so the fifth order matches the first. Private label is available — the bag carries your brand and your documentation, not ours.
What we need to quote accurately: product description, bulk density (kg/m³), target fill weight, dimensions if fixed, liner requirement, certification requirement, print artwork, destination port and annual volume. With those eight inputs we return a specification and an indicative FOB price within one business day.
