A container liner is a sealed film fitted inside a 20ft or 40ft shipping container, turning it into a bulk transport unit without baffles, totes or intermediate packaging. For the right product, it is the lowest-cost clean-bulk solution available.
What they protect against
Liners create a barrier between your product and the container wall — blocking moisture, rust, odour and residue from previous cargo. For food and pharma grades this is often the difference between an accepted and a rejected load.
Common variants
- PE tubular liners — economical, for dry free-flowing goods.
- PP woven liners — higher strength for heavier loads.
- Conductive liners — for flammable-dust environments.
- Aluminised / barrier liners — for moisture- and oxygen-sensitive cargo.
Filling and discharge
Top fill spouts and bottom discharge spouts are sized to your equipment. With a pneumatic or guillotine system, a 20ft container can be loaded and emptied in minutes rather than hours.
